Mitsubishi Electric Networking & Story Sharing Lunch | Installer Show 2026

Why attend?

Join Mitsubishi Electric on Tuesday 23rd June at the Installer Show for a special networking lunch celebrating Women in Engineering and Construction, held in recognition of Women in Engineering Day.

This is an opportunity to step away from the show floor, connect with peers, and hear real stories from women shaping the future of HVAC, engineering, and the built environment — in a relaxed, welcoming setting.

This inclusive event is open to everyone across the HVAC and construction sectors - from early-career professionals to industry leaders - who wants to connect, learn, and celebrate the women shaping the future of the built environment.

What to expect

  • A relaxed networking lunch, hosted by Charlotte Lee, Chief Executive at the Heat Pump Association UK
  • Personal story‑sharing from a range of professionals at Mitsubishi Electric — real journeys and honest reflections
  • Insights from our guest speaker Grace Deane on balancing a dual-career in STEM and as a professional women’s rugby player
  • Time to connect with peers from across the industry in an informal, supportive environment
  • After the session, we’ll head together to the Installer Show’s official ‘Celebrating Women in the Industry’ panel at 4:00pm, continuing the conversation on a bigger stage
